Oz Helicopter Contract
The Victorian Government ( that's in the South East part of the Country) have a request for proposal out for the supply of light and medium helo's for fire support. Details are available on www.vgpb.vic.gov.au Look under tender opportunities.
The medium tender 3000-10,000 kg RTOW is based around a b412/212 for belly tankers/bucketing/rapelling aircraft. Bases are Benalla, Bacchus Marsh, Essendon,Moorabbin and Heyfield. Includes short notice callout less than 5 minutes in peak season.
They will take other machines but read the spec carefully......
