Question FAA COMMERCIAL LICENCE?

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THE RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON A FULL AMERICAN COMMERCIAL ROTARY LICENCE FOR USE IN THE UK? CAN YOU USE IT TO WORK FOR A UK COMPANY HOLDING AN AOC?

I believe you can fly N reg helicopters anywhere in the world but you would need a validation of a foreign license to work for a UK company. I don't believe the CAA will validate an FAA license although they do in other Euro countries (eg Norway for instance). Hope this helps.
