Talking Instructing in UK?

I've recently moved over to fixed wing flying after 10 years flying commercial helicopters. I'm very keen to get back into rotary flying again and am interested in becoming a part time instructor.

What I'd really like to know is, how much would I have to spend on an instructor rating, how long would the course take, and are there any instructor Schools North of the border?

More importantly would it be worth my while??

Comments/suggestions welcome!
Cheers!!!!!!!!
