Depending on the type you want (AS 355/206), give me a PM

To the best of my knowledge you need

IR (This you have)

Multi Crew Co-operation Course (MCC)

MPH type rating

Where are you based in Europe? Or more important what is the isueing state of your licence?

If you need a copy of JAR FCL 2 pm me and I can email you a copy.
