Gday all,

Just a quick question for all the book worms out there. Can anyone tell me what the minimum hour requirement is a for a type endorsement in Australia. I have been searching CARS all day and cant find an answer. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Try the CAO's, Section 40 Appendix II. Three hours if you already have a turbine on your licence, five hours if it's your first turbine.

That's up to 2750 kgs and for single engine. For heavy metal it can be up to ten hours.

This information assumes that my CAO is fully ammended and up to date
