Rotor Dynamics Vibration Monitoring

Maybe not the proper place for this question but, do any of you guys have Rotor Dynamics America Vibration Analysis System 3303 fitted on your helicopters? We have it on three of our S76A's. It would appear that rotor Dynamics have gone out of business and the company which took over the system also appear to have disapeared. Does anyone know where to buy spares and get tech support for this system? Anybody with it fitted on the S76, I would be interested to hear what success- or otherwise you have with this.

PHI ordered one of these kits for an S-76, so they might be able to help, as for where some of the RDA guys went, I may be able to point you in the right direction, PM me if you are interested.

Hi Graeme. Saw your post on regarding the RDA equipment. We were in touch with the new owner, he seemed mainly interested in getting us to do his $20,000 upgrade than support of teh older systems. He did return e mails however.

One thing, if you are trying to contact him by e mail, he is using CompuServe as his Internet provider, they are owned by AOL and the AOL anti spam filters block out ALL mail coming out of Indonesia. A bit radical but…... I also have a CompuServe account so I have to use that to contact him. Suggest you try something like a yahoo account or anything without .id in the return address.

FYI NUH have not been able to get their 412EP system up and running yet either. So far, ours (212) is still functional.
