ETOPS prob 40 or tempo condition
Since day one our company docs have stated the for ETOPS operations forecast PROB 40 or TEMPO conditions have to be taken into account for ERAs prior to dispatch. There is a proposed change (supposedly originating from an EASA change) that this is no longer going to be the case. Searched online and can't find the source....anyone got the inside track on this. Thanks in advance.
