C1/D visa for ferry flight to USA

I’m planning to ferry a flight from Indonesia to USA via japan.
It’s a A320, and I will come back as a passenger.

Do I need a C1/D visa? or Just need to do ESTA? I’m a korean.

Thank you.

I don’t know in your case, but our aircrew C1/D visas are checked as we enter the USA.

Your US embassy should be able to advise.
