Time building.
I just got my ppl license, thinking to go to US for time building but I need some advices regarding the best time of the years to execute to program.

Florida is good but during the summer months, you will have to plan around +TSRA in the afternoons. The whole point of hour building is to gain experience. I would plan a few trips out of state. Fly to Alabam or New Orleans.
