Dispatch – Landing distances required
Just need this cleared up please.
For dispatch LDR are we using Maximum allowable landing weight or Estimated landing weight?
4.2.2 USE OF QRH DISPATCH LANDING PERFORMANCE DATA
To satisfy the Air OPS, prior to dispatch (planning stage) or in the event of in-flight replanning, determine the Max weight at which the airplane can land at destination or alternate airport within available landing distance in expected conditions. LDR must be equal or less than LDA.
Dry Rwy: Use the Dry Rwy Dispatch LDR tables (Preamble, Annex 1) or MLW chart (if provided with RTOW)
Wet Rwy: When appropriate weather report and/or forecast indicate that the runway at the estimated time of arrival may be Wet, use the Wet Rwy Dispatch LDR tables (Preamble, Annex 1) or MLW chart (if provided with RTOW)

CAT.POL.A.230 Landing—dryrunways
(a) The landing mass of the aeroplane determined in accordance with CAT.POL.A.105(a) for the estimated time of landing at the destination aerodrome and at any alternate aerodrome shall allow a full stop landing from 50 ft above the threshold:
(1) for turbo-jet powered aeroplanes, within 60 % of the landing distance available (LDA); and
(2) for turbo-propeller powered aeroplanes, within 70 % of the LDA.
CAT.POL.A.230 Landing—dryrunways

In the B747/B744 world it is one of the dispatcher's checks to ensure that the limit LW possible at destination on the day is at or below planned LW. Hence max TOW at departure is limit LW plus fuel burn. This can be limiting for sectors less than about 8 hours.

For dispatch planning under EASA you need to calculate your expected/anticipated landing mass, given your takeoff mass and a sensible fuel burn, complies with CAT.POL.A.230 a)-f).

With the introduction of Landing Distance at Time of Arrival (LDTA) in EASA operations can this performance data be used for assessing landing distance required at destination before dispatch ?
CAT.POL.A.230 Landing—dry runways as in #2 appears to be unchanged (wet similar), except that LTDA can now be used for expected contaminated conditions.
Is the dry / wet landing distance in CAT.POL.A.230 etc, still based on un factored AFM performance, hence the landing requirement within the 60% of LDA, or
Can LDTA performance be used as a direct replacement, without 60% LDA requirement because LDTA provides an equivalent landing distance as factored AFM performance.
