Any computer wizz kids out there able to find me a METAR for LPMA on 2 May 2016 for 1730UTC or thereabouts- or direction on how I could find it.

Hello,
I need a METAR Archive source for my thesis. Does someone know a backdoor access to www.ncei.noaa.gov? Sadly it's closed to the US government shutdown...

As I need a lot of data I would like them in CSV Format to manipulate them in Excel. I know no way to download the data from ogimet as csv...
