Onside Navigation aid or Onside IRS

What do you mean by an Onside Navigation aid or Onside IRS ?, Are they different from Radio navigation aid or IRS used for FMGC accurate positioning in AIRBUS ?

For the Captain, ADIRS1 and Nav 1 are onside ADIRS and Nav respectively, for the F/O ADIRS2 and Nav 2 are onside. Makes sense?
