Turning departures
Hello,
When considering the next scenarios, what is the correct action?
Turning departures (EU regulations!):
1) ATC "no speed restriction" below MSA: accelerate when above MSA?
2) ATC "no speed restriction" above MSA but before turn: can i accelerate? (terrain is no issue anymore only separation so i guess you can?)
3) Does the speed restriction (according to A/C catagory) apply for full SID or are you allowed to accelerate after the turns? (see picture, after turns the SID is still 58NM long)

4) SID for class A,B,C and D: flying a class A A/C, at turing point am i still protected when flying a 30° interception angle? (see picture red line)

Can someone confirm/explain or even give a link to the official document where this is covered?
Thanks!
