737ng fuel burn off to reduce weight

Hi,
If faced with a situation where the QRH instructs you to
Burn off fuel to reduce touchdown speed.
such as the All or Partial gear up checklist, what would you burn down to?
If the weather conditions are fine I would burn down to 1.6T and then begin the approach.
