Docs to be carried for Aerial Work?

To my knowledge, to comply with both the ANO and EuOps, the docs that must be carried during any aerial work in the UK are:

CofA including a valid ARC
Radio License
Flight Crew Licenses
Tech Log
Certificate of Registration
Third Party Insurance Cert
Air Operator Cert
Noise Cert

The last four are specifically concerning EuOps. Is this correct to others understanding?
