Does Home standby count towards your duty hours in the UK?

Quick question - I know airport sby counts towards your overall duty hours but does home sby? I'm guessing not but just want to confirm.

It counts as 25% toward total duty in my company, ie 4 hours home standby = 1 hour duty.

Look in your OM-A chapter 7, it will tell you the correct answer for your operation.
