Wheels up landing ... intentional or not?

This video shows a light aircraft performing a wheels up landing. A warning horn is heard in the cockpit during the approach as well as the flare, but the pilot seems to ignore it. So some seem to think it's an intentional wheels up landing due possibly to a mechanical problem? But by the way the person in the right hand seat looks at the pilot on touch down, it seems as though the wheels up landing caught him by surprise. So what do you think? Could this have been an error made on the pilot's part, or was it a mechanical problem. I assume they're speaking French so if there are any French speaking people who could give an insight in to what they're discussing post landing, that might shed some light on to the incident.
