Beechcraft King Air - Co Pilot Time

Hi,

I am wondering if you are infact able to log Co Pilot time on a King Air in Australia and in PNG?

As I have read there are some issues in the US logging it and I do not have the documents at my disposal to find out about Australia and PNG
