Post Certified Cat 2 Turbo Props with an Engine Out?

How many turbo props are certified to do a Cat 2 approach with an engine shut down? If your type is, are there any increased minima such as an increase in RVR or any form of engine out allowance that you apply?
If you can fly Cat 2 single engine does your company specify any guidelines as to when you should divert to your Cat 1 alternate? Having flown the 146, if you lost an engine it was Cat 1 only and therefore I am interested in why some turbo props are still Cat 2 on 1 Eng.
Thanks.

Question

Should think it depends on Go Around performance. The atp struggles enough on 2 engines....
