Question

That'll be the 2nd time it has happened to them then. They had an u/c problem off BravoDelta about 2months ago with full fire service attendance

A bit of hydraulic fluid on hot brakes makes a lot of smoke.. .Aircraft taxied in under its own steam and departed about 90 minutes later.

Wink

Bluff, It's the 3rd in 2 months. I wonder if it's just EGCC or is it happening elsewhere on their 73-800s. Do they use different brake units than other -800 operators ? Any 'brake boffins' out there ?
