Anyone recently seen two Bulgarian registered Tristars, LZ-LCA & LZ-LCB - possibly at SHJ? It seems (but not OFFICIALLY confirmed) that the Bulagarian Civil Aviation Dept is trying to ascertain their true identity because their Bulgarian registrations are allegedly false!

Thanks, but that's known and that's why these two Tristars are believed to be wearing false registrations if indeed they are registered as such.

"Astraeus Wannabe" does sound rather like The Guvnor to me......I smell a rat. Is his new pseudonym conconcted out of a frustrated desire to work for an airline which actually stands a good chance of getting off the ground, I wonder?

Guys what I do not want is yet another post ref the L1011 confined to the bin, keep your inane comments to yourselves or tell the powers to be but dont let another thread degenerate, some of us out here rely on news reference the L1011 cos we are in need of jobs on them and getting threads closed does not help. Keep to the topic in hand I am sure Astreaus Wannabbee is entitled to his or her opinions as well as the rest of them. The news that he/she posts is common knowledge in the L1011 world so don't just think that the Guv is the only one that knows these things, he is not. End of Rant.
