It's European Aviation Air Charter at Bournemouth. They have a Tristar, BAC 1-11 and a 727. If you need an instructor (which I would assume)then contact Norman Giffin at Multi Crew Training, they use the facility for MCC, but do accommodate pilots for one to one sim practice.

Alternatively there is a Trident at Biggin Hill. They are much cheaper and offer the same facilities. I can give you contact details for both if you email me.

It all depends on what type you are interested in. I have access to a turboprop sim and I am Instructor on this.
