Hi, all from AN Flt Sim Centre. We're here, where are all of you? Work as usual for us, no beers last night, so I'm off at 15:00 to make up for lost time.

Kind regards and a Happy New Year to all,

TheNightOwl.

Departed NCE at 06:40 LT for flight to AMS.
Never got so much directs in my life! It felt like we were the only ones. When they ask you to contact ground for taxi on the radar frequency, you know it`s not busy.

happy newyear

Thumbs up

I worked New Year´s morning on a flight from Phuket to Stockholm. Quite busy around Saudi Arabia with lot´s of planes arriving from Afghanistan, probably after delivering the biggest fireworks on the whole planet this night...

Yes I did. Had to be in the TWR at 9 o´clock, so left party and friends round 1,30 to have a 4 hours rest. First planes to use RWY two bizjets and a LTU at 10,30. Then came British one hour later. Nice shift indeed.
