Anyone got info on PrivatAir (?)
Just heard that allegedly PrivatAir are looking for European based B737 pilots and Cabin Crew for their VVIP B737 700IGW (BBJ) fleet. . .. .Just visited the website to get a contact <a href="http://www.privatair.com/contact/contact0.htm" target="_blank">http://www.privatair.com/contact/contact0.htm</a> and the fleet looks really interesting. . .. .I have never heard of them before, but would be nice to mix long and short haul on one type.. .. .Any PpRuNers got any more background on them before I apply? Any idea how much they pay??

Robert Vesco - you are WRONG - don't waste our time with your uninformed statements.... .. .Heavy checker - If you check Privatair's website you will note the pilot want ad - it states that Privatair is searching for 737NG captains and FOs for a "new" venture using its BBJs. . .. .As the other post related to Privatair on this forum states, Privatair has a great reputation for VIP work using its 3 BBJs and 757 based out of Geneva. It is possible that this refers to a new scheduled Geneva-New York service that Privatair talked about a few months ago - Swissair's demise and reduction of service prompted discussions.. .. .I'd say that if you are 737 rated and out of work, definitely check out this opportunity - flying a BBJ for a reputable company wouldn't be such a bad gig............... .. .Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
