Post Allowance vs Rating vs Qualification

Hello,

just have a quick one.
In Europe there is a separation between Allowances, Ratings and Qualifications.

I try to find a list of all Ratings Allowances or Qualifications you can have in US.

So, does anybody have an idea what possible abbreviations are out there?

AMEL
SEPL
IFR
CFI
CFII
ATP
CPL

As those abbreviations very a lot in terms of what they stand for,... is there also some kind of separation like AMEL is rating and IFR is an allowance?

Can anybody help me on that? I try to prepare a list which is separated for those different categories and shows every abbreviation available?

Is there some text or explanation from the authorities?
Does anybody have a list?

Thanks in advance

FAA certificates and ratings are covered in FAR Part 61: Electronic Code of Federal Regulations:

There are no divisions into "allowances" and "qualifications" that I am aware of. Part 61.5 has a list of certificates and ratings, and there are discussions of "authorizations" (e.g., Cat II) elsewhere.
