Fuel RSV Question

Hello, just have a quick question.

Under JAA, on a Trans atlantic flight what are the required fuel rsvs? Does evey transatlantic flight require a alternate?

Also, in europe, what is the fuel rsv on a regular ifr flight? What altitude is the burn calculated? Any Crj-200 pilots have any Reserve fuel numbers?

Thanks

Probably best posted in tech log (http://www.pprune.org/tech-log-15/) rather than here.
