I think you are looking for "Handling the Big Jets" from D.P. Davies. Just click on the title to follow a link to find some more information.
Don't be surprised that it's a fairly old book. Some of the information is a bit outdated but on the other hand you will find some nice things in it.
There are a couple of more books around like "ACE - Technical Pilot Interview" however some of the answers in this book are not always correct and it's written by an Australien author and based on the Australien rules and regulations which might be a bit different from EU OPS.
Good luck with the interview!

Another one that I've heard of as the definitive (~?~) guide to tech questions is the "Preparing for your Cathay Pacific Interview" book by "Captains X,Y & Z.
I was told that if you can answer all the questions in this book then you should pass the tech part of almost any interview. The book doesn't give answers to all the questions but certainly gets you thinking/looking.
It is very pricey for what it is though at about 25 UK pounds for a floppy paperback.
