Airlines keep that secret. They don't want their competitors knowing how many seats they are selling! You just have to go and take your chance!

You need to ask your own Company's Staff Travel people if your Company has signed up to the Zonal Employee Discount scheme - a lot of the major airlines are members.

http://www.gozed.com

If it has then your Staff Travel people should be able to provide you with the required passwords. There is limited load info available on the site but for reasons of commercial sensitivity it's rather vague - not great but certainly better than nothing.

ZED can be quite misleading sometimes (pessimistic).

See if you can book online commercially, the price of tickets might give you a clue. Worst case, phone your airline's commercial ticket line, and say you're staff travelling standby, and ask if it's wide open or not.

Always best to leave yourself a flight in hand incase you don't get on. Usually the guys on the gate will give you some priority for the next flight if you've already missed one.

Commuting can be stressful. Good luck

Try amadeus.com They don't give the exact loads but you will have a fair idea how things stand.
