You need to ask your own Company's Staff Travel people if your Company has signed up to the Zonal Employee Discount scheme - a lot of the major airlines are members.

If it has then your Staff Travel people should be able to provide you with the required passwords. There is limited load info available on the site but for reasons of commercial sensitivity it's rather vague - not great but certainly better than nothing.
