ARTE

I may well be missing something really obvious, but what does ARTE stand for? It is in the context of "At 3,000ft ARTE set speed 210kts, reduce pitch to 10 degrees" Now, obviously it's to do with altitude, but I can't work it out - I'm guessing at Above Runway Threshold Elevation but can't seem to find this particular acronym anywhere.

I really hope this isn't something blatnatly obvious I've forgotton from my training... I wait to be embarrassed!
