ICAO Annex 6

Hi,
I'm looking for the ICAO Annex 6 details referring to Single Engine commercial ops (2005 amendment) and would also be much interested in the list of the European countries already allowing such ops.
Basically which ones are not allowing it, against the ICAO standards ?
Thanks.

If you are talking about europe only I think you are more likley to find it in JAR. Give the guys in the Gatwick Gin Palace a call and they will tell you instantly.

against the ICAO standards
Without knowing said standard I doubt Annex 6 recommends SE engine commercial ops rather its recommendations goes on how the states should regulate that kind of operations.

Well, ICAO was previously giving recommendations against such type of operations.
But since modern engines and appropriate procedures have demonstrated high safety levels, it is now "approved" by the ICAO, which is giving operational recommendations.

Hi sispanys ria

here you can find all ICAO annexes. Remember that information on States complying or not complying with SARPS is given in the supplements, which can also be downloaded.

This is a site by Eurocontrol that offers almost all European AIPs as pdf documents (free registration required). However, I'm not sure if information on single engine commercial ops is to be published in the AIP. Maybe it's worth a try.

Good luck

Thanks a lot !
Another question:
What if a state notified the ICAO that NO differences exists with the Annex 6 while this state's Civil Aviation Regulations does not match the Annex 6 ?
