Working in Poland

Hi, Im a foreign pilot with a JAA license. I have recently been employed by a Polish air carrier. Unfortunately they have lost their counterpart which allowed me to work for them without a specified visa. Does anyone have any info on how to get a workers permit in Poland? Any input is greatly appriciated.

Thank You
