Q300 command OR A319 SFO
I am currently flying B737 as SFO,...3 yrs experience, approx 2300 hrs on type as SFO, management gave some of us an option to choose btw Q300/400 command OR A319 right seat...would someone kindly advice as to which path to follow?...

One of my former companies that had both jets and TPs had a career progression of TP F/O, Jet F/O, T/P Cpt, Jet Cpt. At the Jet F/O stage it was about half that decided to opt for the command at TPs, and half that stayed as jet F/O until (seniority based) jet commands came up.
With 2300 jet time, I'm guessing your not too far away from jet command time (3-4000 hours TT?).
With a Q400 command, thats about as far as you'll get without a new type, with a A319 rating, you colud progress to a command and advancve your career further.
As a guide have a look at Flight International jobs - what's in more demand, Q400 Capts, or A319 F/Os?

hi guys,
thanks for all your contributions, me and lowbybass have closed our eyes and jumped in...taken the q300/400 command leaving for training in 2days, hope this was a right move, we got fed up flying right seat man, where does it end? never refuse command as someone said, we did just that..as for the airbus we will fly in one day but at least it will be in command, might have to wait a little longer though...

Good decision.
Just to re-iterate for others reading here in the future:
Never, ever, turn down a command!
(...and if that puts you into the LHS of a turboprop, then you'll enjoy some of the very best flying there is).
