JAA to FAA ATP/ NG type rating ?

Can anybody help ?
I have trawled the search on pprune and found some very useful info on the above subject but still need some more info.
Basically , I am current P1 on NGs in Europe , loads of experience etc , but need to acquire a FAA ATP and would like to do a combined ATP / NG Type rating Practical Test Ride in the shortest / quickest way possible ( not necessarily the cheapest though , would like it done correctly ).
I know about the medical and ATP written requirements , but cannot find any info/ names /contact details for any Training Establishments in the US.
Can anybody help ?
Thanks.
