What does IAL mean here?

What does "IAL" mean in the NOTAM below?


DUE TO FACILITIES TECHNICAL PROBLEM
IAL ILS Z RWY34C AND IAL ILS Y RWY34C ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.
REF AIP MAP2 IAC NR 433 (AIRAC 6/06 EFFECTIVE DATE 31 AUG 2006)
IAC NR 434 (AIRAC 6/06 EFFECTIVE DATE 31 AUG 2006) AND NOTAM

Only a guess because I don't have any reference books to hand but maybe ......... Instrument Approach and landing.
