Rome Jeppesen Charts "IHP"

The Jeppesen Chart 10-1P for Rome (LIRF/FCO) uses the term IHP. What is "IHP"? What does it stand for?

IHP - probably answer

hi,
I supposed it is Intermediate Holding Position as it stands on LIRF 10-9B Jeppessen chart.
Any other answers?
