Question PIREP decode

Hi all,
I found a PIREP today with the following in the remarks column.
AWC-WEB:ASA=
I wondered if anybody could help with a decode??
I've tried google with no success...
Many thanks,

Thanks, but it's not one from the tech log... (ie aircraft specific)
It's from a PIREP (Pilots report) regarding met conditions/turbulence etc and in this case -whatever 'AWC-WEB:ASA=' means!
Thanks for having a go though
