UK JAA to French JAA

Anyone know what to do to convert UK JAA ATPL to the French JAA ATPL? Merci.

Why?

I thought the whole point of a JAA Licence thing was so that this did not need to occur - the licence standards of each country were to be harmonised so that all were equal. Or am I missing something?

depending on your residence the JAA allows changing the state of issue of your licence. It shouldn't be hard to do, just talk to both the authorities and find out what they both want.
