Photo mission flights.. regulations?..

Hi!

I have been asked to fly photo mission flights for a small company in Sweden. This is to inspect the damage from the resent storm.

Am I able to do this having them to pay for the aircraft and my expenses? I would not take any pay in this case.
I believe they need to hire me to fly on hour based assignments.

Or could I pay for the aircraft and then let them pay me for my expenses without hiring me?
This way I could earn some money on them..

I have tried to look this up at the Swedish CAA hompage without any luck.

Itīs holiday and no one to call.

I have current CPL.

Thanks you for any advise and possible solutions.

Regards
Per
