I think if its a video demo, then it is in the language of the airline's home country with english subtitles. If its a manual then its in both english and the other language. Not 100% sure mind.

Yeah, that's common. Anyhow, would be interesting what the regulations are, considering pax who understand neither english or the carriers country language.

no one will ask you at the checkin what languages are you speaking,so how would they know they'll need a xxx translator in the plane for you?
The languages used are ,generally,the operator language ,plus english,and sometimes plus destination language,if spoken by some crew member.
