What factors significantly effect aircraft performance
Your Opinions and Knowledge will be greatly appreciated here thanks 
In regards to jet aircraft performance what factors do you think will affect safety in the take-off and landing phases the most?
Please list them in order from most hazardous to least hazardous and if possible a brief explanations.
Miscalculations in:
1) Density Height
2) Anti-Ice Usage
3) Weight
4) Wind Conditions
5) Flap Settings
6) Runway Slope / Surface
7) Speed Schedule Increase
8) Reduced Thrust Take-off
9) Any others that might have a significant effect
