ICAO to FAA

I am interested in converting my ICAO licences to FAA.
Anybody now some good and reliable school in USA skilled in such
courses.

That is much easier than FAA to JAA. Any school will do. I worked at the tiniest dirtiest flight school in the middle of the S Cali desert and had many successful conversion students. I would not worry too much about finding the right school. Just go to what ever city you want to see and call up the local FBO. Prices are competitve everywhere, +/- a few hundred dollars.
