Fighters flying for interception

Hello,

the scennario is this : ATC is civil and if by any reason an interception of a civil or uknown aircraft is needed the fighters 'scramble' and fly for the interception target under the control of a military unit which is responsible for the separation of the fighters from the other traffic.

However this military unit does not provide separation from the other traffic, they just avoid the traffic.

In this scennario STCA are frequent and some times TA and/or RA hapens.

What do you want or expect to ear from ATC ?
