Requirements for CVR and FDR

Chums,
Can anyone tell me (or provide a link to) the latest European requirements for installation of CVR and FDR in fixed wing public transport category (seats/engines/MAUW etc) ? Its a 1980 manufactured King Air in particular I am asking about. Many thanks.
