In the gallery, there is a picture saying "ETOPS Takeover". What does that mean exactly? ETOPS, or Extended Twin Ops Range" is a name/description. Not a "button" like AUTOPILOT takeover.

Care to explain?

Smooth skies,

Dan

The picture shows the contrail of a slower aircraft being overtaken during an ETOPS flight. A better title would have been "ETOPS overtake"

PS Pretty apt that I got in with the reply........
