Where can I do an FI Rating near North London/Herts or Glasgow/Aberdeen?
Hi Folks,
I'm looking to do an instrcutors rating ASAP either near Aberdeen, Glasgow or near North London/Herts.
This may ssem like a diverse range of places but its based on where I can get free accomodation with Friends/Relatives etc.
If anyone can give me either a contact name/number of a flying school or a web address it would be greatly appreciated.

Cranfield in bedfordshire isn't too far from North London. The schools available are

I trained with Carol Cooper at Andrewsfield Aviation out near Stansted for my FI rating and thought she was excellent ... I now work for Tayside Aviation in Perth (& Dundee) and I can also vouch for the fact that we're all a bunch of top blokes 
and if you're after a quality FI rating then Sandy is indeed your man.

Thanks for the response folks,
I will call Tayside aviation tomorrow, sounds ideal to me.
I had a look at the website anyway, if the RAF are happy with Tayside doing their scholarships then I'm sure its good enough for me!!!
