Irish ATPL Tech Type Question

Hoping someone here can help clarify some confusion...
I am sitting the Irish ATPL Tech Type Exam in a PA34 (Seneca) on Friday.
One of the questions is a takeoff/landing performance. I remember that for single engine airplanes, you can only use 50% of the headwind or 150% of the tailwind component for the purpose of calculations... Does this apply to twins? What is the regulation with respect to wind and TORA for piston twins? Since I'm over here on the US west coast, I don't know who else to ask....
Thanks!

yes sir,
the rule of 50%/150% of runway distance with wind is for twin engine too.
unless you fly in part 91 (and no 121/135)with passengers, you do nt have to follow this rules.
50%/150% is in function of the runway distance, not of the wind...
