Does anyone have any information on the Astraeus pre-selection interview, questions asked etc.?

I'm giving it some thought. My current job is likely to expire later this year, and that may give me both the time to do one, and the payoff to fund it. I'm just thinking ahead on this.

I had the interview last year and can honestly say it was a fun experience. No tech questions were asked and the company seemed more intrested in you as a person, and to see if you would fit in within the company culture. This was of course for the cadet scheme, so as far as the direst entry route I could not be sure what is required. It would be nice to know if the scheme will be running again this year.

We havn't determined our fleet plans for the coming summer, and until we do, I won't know whether I can run another cadet pilot scheme or not. If we do decide to go ahead we'll post the details here.
