Bond Amounts
Over the last while, I have encountered the question of "Bond Amounts" when applying for jobs with majors. What would be considered an appropriate bond amount? Am I correct in assuming that this would represent a dollar figure that a pilot would formally agree to in order to ensure a specific number years of service?
