Question Iberia - hiring process

Hi,

I tried a few times to find out where Iberia hires it's pilots; spoke to crews; no hints on the web etc.. does anybody know what their process is (even if they don't hire at the moment, what I suppose)?

would interest me

My information is that you need what the Spanish call 'un enchufe', or a plug. In other words, you need someone to put a word in for you.

They have their 'convocatoria' in the national newspapers. I think the last one was in August. They have them on their website also.

The spanish speaking forum can tell you all about it.
